The AGRO312 Company acquires and leases on favorable terms agricultural land, as well as land in populated areas for the purpose of conducting agricultural activities.

 

AGRO312 buys land as a property, buys lease rights (assignment of lease rights), leases/subleases land or enters into other transactions with land assets that comply with the requirements of current legislation.

 

CRITERIA for determining the cost of a plot and completing a transaction:

 

•qualitative characteristics of the soil affecting productivity;

•features of the location of the site (terrain, distance to populated areas, proximity to other land plots and company infrastructure);

•availability of treatment and improvements (reclamation, entrances);

•total area of land asset, including the area of arable land;

•presence of encumbrances and restrictions on the use of the site;

•economic situation in the region.


For an Individual:

 

•Application for sale of land

•Application for sale of land share

•Application for rent

•Passport of the copyright holder;

•Title documents for land (Certificate of state registration of rights or Extract from the State Register, lease/sublease agreement. These documents are necessary to confirm your right to land;

•Consent of the spouse to complete the transaction (if necessary);

•Power of attorney for disposal of land share/plot and representation of interests in authorized bodies (if necessary)


 

For a Legal Entity:

 

•Certificate of registration of a legal entity;

•TIN certificate;

•Charter of the organization;

•Title documents for land (Certificate of state registration of rights or Extract from the State Register, lease agreement;

•A document confirming the authority of the signatory of the agreement;

•Bank details.

•Documents confirming the approval of the transaction by management bodies (if necessary).
